At project milestones you need to demonstrate that you’ve successfully completed the tasks that were defined at the beginning of this sprint. Each task should be complete. Meaning that it has been written, tested, documented (both internal and external as needed), and meets the final design specification.
You should submit your completed code and external documentation for this milestone to your instructor at this time as well. This ensures there is a backup as well.
Additionally, plan to demonstrate in front of the class, what you have completed so far, and where you plan to go during your next sprint cycle. A project demonstration should only take 5 to 10 minutes per team. This can be simply showing what has been done, even if there isn’t a “working” application to show at this time.
I highly recommend testing it out on the class computer to make sure it will run and be accessible there as well. There is nothing quite as embarrassing as having code that doesn’t run on the final machine because it’s missing a library, can’t access an external source, etc.
